Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website frenoxilda.top and the services provided by frenoxilda.top AS (Registration Number: 763458241), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Conversion rate optimization consulting
E-commerce performance improvement services

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
Respect the intellectual property rights of frenoxilda.top and third parties
Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Payment Terms

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
VAT will be added where applicable in accordance with Norwegian tax law
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
Late payment may result in service suspension and additional charges

Intellectual Property

The content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to frenoxilda.top are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of frenoxilda.top, except as allowed by Section 107 or 108 of the US Copyright Act, is strictly prohibited.

Any work products, methodologies, or intellectual property developed by frenoxilda.top in the course of providing services remain the property of frenoxilda.top unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

Confidentiality

We understand that in the course of providing our services, we may have access to confidential information about your business. We commit to:

Service Availability

Suspend services in case of technical issues or security concerns
Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, frenoxilda.top AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted by any third party
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless frenoxilda.top AS, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the services, or your violation of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Bergen, Norway, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through the Norwegian court system in accordance with Norwegian law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

All outstanding payments become immediately due
Access to our services will be discontinued
Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination
Each party shall return or destroy confidential information of the other party

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of breach of these terms or non-payment.

Force Majeure

frenoxilda.top shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other similar cause beyond our reasonable control.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated terms on frenoxilda.top with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms of Service unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and frenoxilda.top AS concerning the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between the parties.
